Gnawing of electric cables and wires in the loft area is a common problem. A house mouse’s incisor teeth marks are about 1 mm wide.

Poole, Rodent response

"Good Morning Frank & Ryan, Just a quick email to say thank you for your prompt, professional response and help on Wednesday. Following Ryan's visit and his reassurance of no rodents within the house, Matt & I have decided to try the expanding foam and be hyper vigilant to noises / nibbling etc. Should the situation change and we notice anything further, we will call you straight away and have the inspection hatch discussed installed and start treatment. We were impressed by Ryan's honesty and professionalism and will recommend you to anyone who asks."

Mice in house

"Frank and Matt both very efficient. Really nice guys, totally trustworthy, friendly and helpful, a pleasure to do business with. Spot on time each visit. Willing to go the extra yard. Once Frank had visited, thorough check inside and out, price agreed, good advice given he crawled around the loft putting the traps in. When he came back to check and had a catch in the loft he then put further traps in where droppings found under kitchen units. T Matt did several follow up visits to ensure no further invasion before finally clearing the traps. I would not hesitate to recommend this top firm."
