“We hadn’t blocked the hole through the wall for the old tumble-drier’s elephant tube. We tried dealing with infestation ourselves for months and failed completely. We called SCPC and Ryan was able to come very quickly for what we thought would just be a survey. He was extremely thorough and placed a large number of bait points. This first visit almost completely removed the infestation. I cannot praise Ryan and SCPC highly enough for providing an excellent service which was very good value for money.”

“I was most impressed with Frank who came about my garden rat problem. I was already tackling the problem and he said that removing the bird feeder and carrying on with what I was doing would do the job. He gave his time and advice freely and I would certainly call them again if I had a problem I could not solve. It would have been easy to take this on as a paid job but that would clearly have been against his honest and fairness.”

“I emailed Frank late last night with a couple of photos fearing a mouse infestation but curious whether it was bats! Frank emailed back early the following with advice and how to check, a follow up call shortly after and he provided further advice which, on this occasion saved me paying him to come out so he earned nothing from his great advice and expert knowledge. He could have easily played the ‘can’t tell from the photos, need to see and charge callout’ but had no hesitation to provide great advice! For that he is saved in my phone and would recommend him to all!”

“We moved into our new home to find we weren’t alone! South Coast Pest Control were recommended to us, and Frank came round and immediately detected the rats and laid the bait. Frank helped us to identify potential access points in order that we could fix these once the rats were gone. Frank came when arranged and when needed to collect the rats (RIP!). We’re now green of our squatters! We would not hesitate to recommend SCPC. A very professional service! Thank you again!”

“Phoned SCPC and left a message. Frank returned the call within 15 minutes, quoted a price and confirmed he would attend the next morning. Arrived promptly at the agreed time, assessed the wasp nest situation and explained the plan of action. Nests were sprayed and removed from the site. Frank was very informative, the work was performed professionally, courteously and with attention to leave the property clean. Charged as per the agreed quote. Would have no hesitation in recommending SCPC for pest control services.”

He was extremely knowledgeable and keen to treat the root cause of the problem and stop them getting in to the property, so that once dealt with they would not come back.
