Loft clearance job in Poole

Loft clearance can be tricky (and dangerous) if rodents have contaminated the area. We recently completed a large clean up in Poole. We were the third pest control company the owner contacted, as the previous companies they had spoken to do not get involved with clearance work.

This house was rat infested with hundreds of droppings in the insulation above and below.

Here’s the same property after the loft clearance:

We had to:

1. Initially applied anti bacterial spray to complete loft.
2. We removed all items to include boxes, bags, suitcases, old plastic water tank and single mattress.
3. All insulation was removed from complete loft space.
4. We vacuumed the rat droppings in between joists.
5. On completion we re-applied anti-bacterial spray
6. All waste was removed from the property to a commercial skip off site

All of the above started from one hole in the wall from an old pipe that was removed and not filled in afterwards.
