“I called Frank on the Thursday afternoon and he was here on the Friday. After quoting and agreeing a price, he set to work. He continued to visit regularly, to check on progress. The times of the visits were always agreed at the customer’s convenience. Each time he arrived, he checked the property over thoroughly. He stressed the importance of contacting him in between visits if I had any updates or concerns. Frank was always very punctual, extremely courteous and totally trustworthy. I would highly recommend him.”

“Frank treated the nest on 15th Aug after which there was no sign of life. After a few days the nest began to smell, I hoovered up the dead wasps and grubs outside the nest; then there were a very few wasps buzzing sleepily around but Frank had explained they wouldn’t all die straight away as not all in the nest when treated, and anyway I was more bothered about the smell. Phoned him and he came out again as soon as he could, cleaned up and removed the nest. Professional, tidy, and a nice person with a positive attitude. You can’t improve on that!”
