“Frank visited to conduct a pest survey at my request. Over a period of several weeks our property had been colonised by a group of mice. I had taken steps to rectify the problem. Frank therefore assessed the property and advised how we should prevent further mouse entry. He advised that his services were unnecessary and despite driving to my property and spending an hour on site, declined to charge.
In this day and age it is a rarity to find such generosity of spirit and professionalism in rip off Britain.

“Very impressed with the service provided. From first contact through to completion it made a horrible situation much less stressful. Frank replied to my voicemail,which I left on a Saturday , within the hour and visit/inspection was arranged for the Monday. Was very impressed with the whole process, he was friendly, thorough with inspection both outside and inside. Activity was in the loft and both bait and traps were laid. Frank returned every week and it was determined today that the problem was dealt with and concluded. I would 100% recommend and would definitely use company again.”

“I contacted South Coast Pest Control last week because of a high number of flies entering our house. They seemed to be coming from the loft as most flies were in on the top floor of the house. Frank replied to my phone call within about an hour and paid us a visit the next day. By, then, the volume of flies had dropped, having been really bad for a few days. Frank carried out an inspection inside the house and in the loft. He explained the probable cause and even got the particular fly identified. He was very professional and I would certainly call him again if needed.”

“After having used South Coast pest control previously. I didn’t hesitate to call them when we heard noises in our roof space. Matt came out to have a look, and did a thorough search of the space and also around the outside, to help us determine if we did have any unwanted visitors!!
