“I called this company as we had wasps disappearing into a hole in the pointing on the garage. From my initial call I felt that I was dealing with a professional company. We arranged for one of their experts to visit and the cost was also properly agreed. Ryan arrived on time and looked at the problem. There wasn’t much activity but Ryan thought that those he had seen were actually Masonry Bees and we should leave well alone, keeping the situation under review.
